Most weekends, the narrow alleys of Itaewon, the neon-lit nightlife district in South Korea’s capital Seoul, are busy with partygoers and to *** ists. Now it’s the site of one of the country’s worst disasters.

Article 1. Scope of Application 之一条 适用范围
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements entered into between this hotel and the guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Any particulars not provided for herein `shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices. 该酒店与住宿客人之间签订的住宿合同和相关协议应遵守这些条款和条件。本文未提供的任何具体情况均应受法律法规和/或公认惯例的约束。

In cases in which the hotel has entered into a special contract with the guest insofar as this special contract does not violate any laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these terms and conditions. 如果酒店与客人签订了专项合同，但该专项合同未违反任何法律、法规或公认的惯例，则尽管有前款规定，该专项合同应优先于本条款的规定和条件。

Article 2. Application for Accommodation Contracts 第二条 住宿合同的申请
A guest who intends to *** ke an application for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall notify the hotel of the following particulars: 拟与酒店申请住宿合同的客人应将以下详细信息通知酒店：

Name of the guest(s); 来宾姓名；
Dates of accommodation and esti *** ted time of arrival; 住宿日期和预计抵达时间；

Article 3. Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc. 第三条住宿合同的订立等
A contract for accommodation shall be deemed to h *** e been concluded when the hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in Article 2. How *** r, the same shall not apply where it has been proved that the hotel has not accepted the application. 当酒店妥善接受了第二条规定的申请后，住宿合同即被视为已订立。但是，如果已证明酒店未接受该申请，则除外。

When a contract for accommodation has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, the guest is requested to pay an accommodation deposit fixed by the hotel within the limits of basic accommodation charges covering the guest's entire period of stay (and 3 days when the period of stay exceeds 3 days) by the date specified by the hotel.

The deposit shall be used: first, for the total accommodation charges to be paid by the Guest; second, for the cancellation charges under Article 6; and third, for the reparations under Article 18 as applicable. Article 4. Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit 第四条 不需要住宿押金的专项合同

Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 3, the hotel *** y enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same paragraph. 尽管有第3条第2款的规定，酒店仍可订立一项专项合同，要求在该款规定的合同签订后不收取住宿押金。

In cases in which the hotel has not requested the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and/or has not specified the date of the payment of the deposit at the time the application for an accommodation contract has been accepted, the situation shall be treated as if the hotel has accepted a special contract prescribed in Paragraph 1. 如果酒店未按第三条第2款的规定要求支付押金和/或在接受住宿合同申请时未指定支付押金的日期，则情况应视为酒店已接受第1条规定的专项合同。

Article 5. Refusal of Accommodation Contracts 第五条 拒绝住宿合同
The hotel *** y refuse to accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract to a party under any of the following conditions: 在下列任何情况下，酒店可能拒绝接受与一方订立住宿合同：

When the application for accommodation does not conform to the provisions of these terms and conditions; 如果住宿申请不符合这些条款和条件的规定；
When the hotel is fully booked and no room is *** ailable; 当 *** 满，没有空位时；
When the party seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct itself in a *** nner that will contr *** ene laws or act against the public order or morality with regard to its accommodation;

When the party seeking the accommodation is an organized criminal, a member thereof, or another related party, or is deemed to be another antisocial group

Article 6. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest 第六条 旅客取消住宿合同的权利

The guest is entitled to cancel the accommodation contract by so notifying the hotel. 旅客有权通过通知酒店取消住宿合同。

If the guest has cancelled the accommodation contract in whole or in part for reasons for which the guest is liable (except when the hotel has requested payment of the deposit d *** ing the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3, and the guest has cancelled before payment), the guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in Appendix Table 2. How *** r, when a special contract as prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the guest has been *** rmed of the obligation to pay the cancellation charges in case of cancellation by the guest. 如果客人由于其应负责任的原因而全部或部分取消了住宿合同（除非酒店要求在第三条第2款规定的指定期限内支付押金，但该客人已取消）在付款之前，旅客应支付附录表2所列的取消费用。但是，在订立了第四条第1款规定的专项合同时，只有在告知旅客有履行以下义务的情况下，该合同才适用。如果客人取消预订，则支付取消费用。

Article 7. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Hotel 第七条 酒店取消住宿合同的权利

When the guest is deemed to be a criminal, a member thereof, or other related party, or is deemed to be another antisocial group
?
When the guest is deemed to present a danger of engaging in violence or intimidation, *** threats or unreasonable de *** nds, gambling, possessing or using prohibited drugs, or conducting himself or herself in a *** nner that would create a dist *** ce that would annoy other guests or contr *** ene laws or act against public order or standards of decency, with regard to his or her accommodation or in the hotel; 当客人被视为存在进行 *** 或恐吓，威胁或不合理要求， *** ，拥有或使用违禁 *** 物，或以可能引起他人 *** 扰或干扰的方式行事的危险时有关其住所或酒店的法律或行为违反公共秩序或礼仪标准；

Article 8. Registration 第八条 登记

鸟叔给人的一贯印象就是，一个梳着油头，穿着亮丽西装，戴着一副墨镜的微胖中年人形象，语调、舞蹈都十分滑稽夸张。

当时朴载相进的是商学院，学的是国际经济，这是他爸给他规划好的蓝图，但朴载相也有着自己的梦想——音乐，他那会儿非常痴迷于嘻哈、摇滚，在学校里对读书很没什么兴趣，经常旷课、逃学，一门心思要搞自己的音乐。
在各科成绩都不达标加上经常 *** 的情况下，朴载相在不久之后便被波士顿大学商学院退学了，而他不仅不难过，反而十分高兴，凭借着和家里人的死缠硬泡，他如愿转入了大名鼎鼎的伯克利音乐学院，开始追梦。
这可是诞生过无数顶流音乐人的名校，按道理来说是朴载相最向往的地方，但他还没读上一段时间，又觉得不行了，他认为这种课堂上学音乐的方式太过于枯燥，学不进去，就自己在课外学，需要音乐器材就拿学费去买，结果一来二去把钱花光了，连毕业都没能毕业。
在这么折腾了一番过后，朴载相又回到了韩国，他决定干脆不学了，直接出道，于是他很快有了自己的艺名PSY，这个名字倒是和他的 *** 格很相符，因为取自英文中的“Psycho”，也就是 *** 。
经过一番并不太充足的筹备，到了2001年的时候，朴载相就发布了自己的之一张专辑，名为《来自精神病世界的PSY》。
虽然怀揣着一炮而红的梦想，但这张专辑却并没有引起多大的反响，或许唯一带来的，就是因为其中有一首名叫《Bird》的歌曲，让人们为他冠上了“鸟叔”的称号。
音乐做的不受认可，外貌也丝毫不出众，又没有其他才能，这样的一个人，在竞争无比激烈的韩国娱乐圈要怎样才能混出头呢？
但实际上，当朴载相还籍籍无名的时候，一大堆丑闻反而率先曝光了出来，作为一个二世祖，他不缺钱、喜欢新鲜、 *** ，又曾出国留学，在美国的时候，他就染上了 *** 的毛病，后来回国还带了不少。
本来在《Bird》发行以后，朴载相总是稍微有了些名气，但紧接着他就在2001年底，被首尔龙山的 *** 直接 *** 了，原因正是他和一位作曲家跑到一起聚众吸食 *** 被当场撞破。
原本 *** 这件事对任何一个艺人而言都是致命的，一旦发生就无可挽回，但朴载相却意外被他的“名气”所救，因为他当时名气较小，关注度不高，所以在公开忏悔之后竟然就此无事了，甚至于在后来他一举成名之后，也极少有人了解他曾经的这段黑历史。
但朴载相得了便宜却完全不知悔改，在几年之后，按照韩国的法律来说，他必须要去服兵役。
但朴载相一觉得苦二觉得耽误时间，竟然直接花 *** 0万韩元买了张伪造的工程师资格证，因为韩国法律规定技术人员特定情况下可以免役，所以朴载相便钻了这个空子，直接逃过了兵役。
在其他普通人只能辛辛苦苦服役的时候，朴载相却在宽敞明亮的办公室里吹着空调，就算是这样，他还觉得不满意，后 *** 脆连这个“假的班”都不去上了。
同时韩国规定，艺人在服役期间是不允许进行演出的，但朴载相为了扩大名气和赚钱，甚至一口气接了五十多场商业演出，还风风光光地举办了一场婚礼，迎娶了一位门当户对的大提琴家刘惠妍。
但所谓躲得了初一，躲不过十五，这次朴载相就没那么幸运了，而且韩国本身对这方面的查处也十分严格，像他这样还敢公然露面的情况，很快就被发现并被 *** *** ，纵然他百般想要狡辩，但最终还是被判处强 *** 役。
这回朴载相无可奈何了，只能乖乖进入军营，一直呆到2009年。
在服役之前，朴载相本来就处于一个不温不火的境地，现在一下消失了好几年，更是没有人还记得他了，想要在这个时候成名，实在难上加难。
别的不说，就说韩国那么多的娱乐公司，旗下的艺 *** 数不胜数，当时朴载相根本连个公司都很难找到，没有人觉得这个中年大叔能给自己带来经济效益。
此后的一年当中，朴载相都处于不知往何处去的迷茫境地，但很快事情迎来了转机，当时韩国更大的娱乐经纪公司之一YG传媒竟然看中了他。
这 *** 司可是坐拥着Bigbang、Lisa、李钟硕、南柱赫等无数大牌明星的，或许是当时身为老板的梁铉锡同为一个中年胖子，他觉得朴载相是有潜力的，于是果断签下了他。
虽然终于找到了公司，但朴载相的状况仍然不乐观，在这种大公司的底层，如果长期默默无闻，同样没有任何出路，于是他潜心创作，在2011年一整年的时间里，把全部的精力都投入了自己的“复出之一曲”。
朴载相写歌很喜欢加入讽刺现实的元素，这首也不例外，其内容描述的是一个社会底层的人想要进入 *** 着上流阶层的江南富人区，但最终发现自己永远都不可能成为了这一类人。
非但是歌曲，朴载相在MV的舞蹈上也下了很大功夫，他在参考了许多动物的特征以后，最终从 *** 身上获得了灵感，用一个多月的时间编出了后来火遍全球的“骑马舞”。
经过很长一段时间的准备工作后，直到2012年7月15日，一首名为《江南style》的奇特歌曲以及MV被正式上传到了国外更大的 *** 平台之一的Youtube上，在极短的时间内竟然引发了极大的轰动，在之一天结束时，已经获得了50万的点击量。
但这还没完，在之后的一段时间里，这首歌的热度呈指数级飙升，两个月内点击量突破25亿，打破了吉尼斯世界纪录，并且同时占据了美国、英国、法国等三十五个国家单曲榜之一名，引发了一波世界级的“娱乐 *** ”。
仅在这一年当中，朴载相就靠自己的歌拿下了美国MTV音乐录影带大奖、2012MTV欧洲音乐大奖、第40届全美音乐奖新媒体奖等无数奖项。
对于一个正常的明星来说，这基本已经到达职业生涯的顶峰了，而朴载相却没有，他当时制造的影响力已经闯入了各界。
*** *** 的潘基文、美国总统 *** 、泰国国王普密蓬等国家首脑人物陆续亲自会见了他，周润发、休杰克曼、小布兰妮等各国娱乐巨星也纷纷与他同台。
他登上了《时代 *** 》的封面、参加了中国的春晚、受邀前往白宫、哈佛大学、牛津大学演讲，巅峰人生，不过如此。
但往往当一个人走到了更高处，往后就全是下坡路，朴载相也是如此，且不论他自身实力能不能撑起这份名气，就光是一些 *** ，便开始层出不穷。
在2012年8月时，韩国一位名叫金昌勋的歌手在公众平台发文称自己遭到了背叛，字里行间意思不明，让许多人觉得奇怪。
但不久之后，在巨大的压力下，金昌勋选择了吞服大量 *** *** ，好在被他的经纪人及时发现才没有酿成大祸。
而在被救醒之后，金昌勋又发了一长段文字，表示 *** 的原因是因为有人“夺取”了自己的创意，虽然他没有明确说是谁，但作为朴载相曾经的好友，两人之前又莫名断交，人们纷纷开始怀疑《江南style》的创意是否存在抄袭现象。
而随着这种怀疑的产生，他曾经过往的那些黑历史也被人们一一扒出来，一时间 *** 的巨大压力汹涌而来，几乎让他难以招架。
但此时的朴载相也已经不年轻了，在娱乐圈混迹多年的他深谙其中门道，不仅没有和YG公司续约，精力也逐渐不再放在自己的作品上，毕竟在之后他推出的一系列歌曲也都延续了《江南style》的那种搞怪风格，但却不可能再有那种反响了。
2015年离开YG传媒后，赚得盆满钵满的朴载相马上自己单开了一家经纪公司，开始逐渐退居幕后做起了老板，而不在身处前台做一个歌手。
据说当初《江南style》这一首歌便让朴载相狂赚了15亿元，拥有如此财富，再加上他被大大拓宽的人际 *** ，朴载相也的确完全不需要再辛苦奔波讨生活，而是转而成为了手握许多一线大牌明星资源的财阀老板。
当然，或许是出于兴趣爱好，朴载相还是会时不时利用自己剩余的名气办个演唱会、炒一炒绯闻，虽然那些早已成为了过去式。
但福无双至，祸不单行，及至2022年8月，朴载相在韩国江原道的一所体育场里又举办了一场演唱会，在过程中，有一位蒙古籍的工作人员却因为举办方没能按照规范搭建而不慎从十几米高空 *** ，被送至医院后抢救无效而亡。
原本这起事故和朴载相起码没有直接关系，但却因为他已经不太好的名声让他受到了 *** 的又一 *** 击，人们纷纷斥责他“又背上了一条人命。”
名利的推动在此显露无疑，高峰时他被无数人捧为“ *** 之光”，而过气后却连韩国人都不愿再提及，当然，朴载相自己却是清醒的，这也是他早早转型的原因，虽然他的能力并配不上他曾经的盛名，但他的确很好地为自己规划了一条人生道路。

一般来说，只要是纤维丰富的蔬菜或水果，都可以被制成泡菜;像是卷心菜、大白菜、红萝卜、白萝卜、大蒜、青葱、小黄瓜、洋葱、 *** 菜等。蔬菜在经过腌渍及调味之后，有种特殊的风味，很多人会当作是一种常见的配菜食用。所以现代人在食材取得无虞的生活环境中，还是会制做泡菜。
世界各地都有泡菜的影子，风味也因各地做法不同而有异，其中涪陵榨菜、法国酸黄瓜、德国甜酸甘蓝，并称为世界三大泡菜。

对于国内民众来说，更为熟知的是却是一海之隔的韩国泡菜。
韩国泡菜是更具韩国 *** *** 的传统料理之一，也是典型的发酵食品。由于韩国所处地理位置冬季寒冷、漫长，不长果蔬，所以韩国人用盐来腌制蔬菜以备过冬。到了16世纪，传进辣椒被广泛用于腌制泡菜。韩式泡菜有200多种，各种蔬菜均可腌制泡菜，甚至连水果、鱼、肉等均可腌渍 *** 成各种款式的泡菜，可谓林林总总，蔚为大观，风味独特，别具一格，引起人们的喜爱。

韩国泡菜的英文名称 KIMCHI源于泡菜的韩文谐音，泡菜种类繁多，根据材料不同分为白菜泡菜、萝卜泡菜、大葱泡菜、萝卜樱泡菜......根据地域分为庆尚道泡菜、全罗道泡菜......最为有名的是全罗道泡菜，因为地理位置的关系全罗道泡菜里发酵时使用虾酱或鱼露或海鲜。

全罗南道( Jeollanam-do )是韩国一省，一级行政区、韩国最西南端的省份。全罗南道虽比起韩国其他旅游胜地相对低调，但这里绝对值得人们去探索和欣赏。为什么？笔者用全罗南道的美食为比喻来解释。

全罗南道的生冷海鲜腌制的酱螃蟹：犹如人们活力十足的生活情趣。
酱螃蟹，就是用酱油、辣椒酱等调料腌制的生螃蟹。不善于生吃海鲜的我起初稍有抗拒，但尝了一口后竟大为惊艳，口中的螃蟹肉被酱汁浸泡得香醇爽口，没有半点腥味！
全南罗道丽水市的浪漫大排档（Yeosu Nang *** n Pocha）主打美味海鲜配美丽夜景，在韩国颇有名气。笔者曾在周末傍晚出行这里，一整条临海街道的餐馆热闹非凡，还有街头表演和游戏档口，男女老少兴致高昂地迎接周末的到来。人们吃饱喝足玩够了，还能到滨海大道吹海风漫步，在人海之中得片刻喘息。

全罗南道的章鱼：更具特色，犹如人们无所畏惧的玩乐精神。
活章鱼是韩国深受欢迎的一道冷菜，而全罗南道盛产章鱼，是许多访客的必吃食物。切成小块、撒上酱料的活章鱼，在盘子里不停地 *** ，放到嘴里还会粘在口腔内，一般人吃前可能会担心犹豫。

同样的，我在全罗南道所去的许多景点都是需要勇气尝试的。
比如木浦海上缆车（Mokpo Marine Cable Car）的“水晶车厢”，踏入后发现脚下竟是透明玻璃。全长3234米，约十几分钟的车程中，惧高的乘客时刻在和内心挣扎，生怕一不小心就掉进下方一百多米深的大海。若能克服心理障碍环视周围，不难发现缆车全程的风景绝美，蓝天白云和青山绿水在黄昏时分披上薄薄的金纱，闪烁着耀眼的光芒。
此外，全罗南道也有溜索和帆伞等对我来说算是极限的活动，虽然事先会瑟瑟发抖，但经历时不免会沉浸其中，事后为自己的完成感到骄傲。

全罗南道的泡菜：勤劳、节俭的象征，犹如人们掌握命运的决心。
泡菜在韩国的起源可以追溯到公元前3世纪，当时人们为了在农产品匮乏的寒冬储备食材，用盐水腌制蔬菜，随后开始加入辣椒和香辛等调味料，演变成今日标志 *** 的泡菜。全罗南道以泡菜的多样化出名，种类可达上百种。除了满足世代韩国人温饱需求，泡菜也成为韩国文化的象征之一，反映了人民的勤劳、节俭和创造力。

当地人善用资源为自己闯出一片天，除了打造不同主题的公园，也配合展览举办周边活动。每年4月，人们蜂拥前往新安郁金香节（Sinan Tulip Festival）欣赏花海之际，也能参加音乐节，还能在毗邻的大光海滩（Daegwang Beach）体验骑马——夕阳西下，海风习习，跟随马匹的步伐放慢生活的脚步，聆听海浪拍打出的交响曲。

有情怀的社区：一个让我深有感触的，是一个叫诗画小巷（Sihwa Alley）的地方。
从远处看，那里一间间房屋错落有致地排列在山丘上，居高临下观察着木浦海港的一景一物。踏入小巷才发现，它原来和名字一样，是个有情怀的社区。当地导游说，诗画小巷原是为贫困的木浦居民建设——他们每天上下陡坡，几户人家共用一间厕所。虽然日子辛苦，但居民之间互相照应，鼓励彼此坚持下去。如今，不少诗画小巷的居民已经搬走，其中几间房屋由几间精品咖啡屋和照相馆等商店入驻，其余则是空置已久，缝隙间长出的花草为这里的 *** 氛围增添了一丝神秘气息。韩国 *** 《1987：黎明到来的那一天》和电视剧《哆哆嗖嗖啦啦嗖》就因为诗画小巷的独特风貌而在此取景，拍摄地点仍保留给访客拍照留念。

当时天空正下着毛毛细雨，三名看似刚放学的小女孩撑着伞，到巷口的小吃店笑着和店主打招呼买糖果。转眼间的功夫，她们又蹲在马路边，玩弄着地上的蚂蚁，再天真朴实不过。
