颜老参加比赛的这样菜，我们根本无 *** 真尝到他做的菜，只能根据颜老的 *** 过程自己在家研究。今天我把葱烧海参介绍给大家，希望得到大家的认可。
葱烧海参之一
食材准备：海参8只（象征着发大财），葱姜适量， *** 汁适量，生抽，盐适量。
*** 过程：
1：首先把海参切成小块，葱切片，姜切丝。
2：锅里放入适量的油，放入葱和姜爆香，然后放入海参翻炒。
3：调汤汁：小碗里加入生抽，盐， *** 汁，水搅拌均匀。
4：把汤汁倒入锅里，翻炒几下就好。
葱烧海参之二
食材准备：海参8头，大葱一颗，油适量，盐适量，白糖适量，耗油一勺。
*** 过程：
1：海参去内脏洗干净。
2：锅里放入适量的水，然后把海参放入慢慢煮下，留下煮的水，海参捞出。
3：锅里放油。把葱放入爆香，再把海参放入翻炒。
4：把煮海参的水放入，在里面加入白糖，耗油，盐。
5：大火收汁即可。
葱烧海参之三
食材准备：海参4头，山东大葱适量，生抽老抽适量，耗油适量，水淀粉适量。
*** 过程：
1：海参清洗，切成条。
2：锅里加入适量的油，放入葱段炒出香味。
3：加水，再加入耗油，生抽老抽。
4：最后加入海参，开大火，加水淀粉收汁即可。
这就是颜老做的 *** 00元一盘的菜，可是网友都会说太贵了，一口需要好几百。他做的口味肯定一绝，我们只是在家尽量做出好的口味，孩子和老人都爱吃。
