4、准备一盆清水,把鸡蛋放入水中,放入一勺食盐,食盐有杀菌消毒的功效,然后把鸡蛋彻底清洗干净。洗干净的鸡蛋顺着锅边慢慢地倒入装有清水的锅中,盖上盖子大火烧开,再用中小火慢炖6分钟


5、准备煮茶叶蛋的小料:少许干辣椒、姜片、八角、桂皮、香叶、大葱、红茶、花椒粒,小料就准备好了。煮熟的鸡蛋捞出来放在凉水中过凉。再用勺子把鸡蛋外壳敲敲碎,放入一个砂锅中,再把准备好的小料放进去,再放入与砂锅平齐的清水
